Lavender essential oil

The scent of lavender is used to soften aromas and has a highly recommended sedative for insomnia and in cases of dizziness or nervousness and to combat stress. It has broad-spectrum antiseptic properties and is ideal for sleep.

Jasmine essential oil

Aromatherapy is used for all types of emotional psychological or psychosomatic disorders, it has a revitalizing effect, soothing calming nervous anxiety. Helps regain self confidence and is also an aphrodisiac.

Frankincense essential oil

Aromatherapy incense used to treat respiratory problems such as bronchitis, cough, laryngitis, lung infections and asthma.

Lemon essential oil

Lemon is shown to increase stamina and strengthen the immune system. It is able to increase production of white blood cells acting as invigorating the circulatory system.

Chamomile Essential Oil

Rosemary essential oil
