Properties and benefits of the sauna:

  • Increases defenses and removes viruses.
  • It’s relaxing, it releases endorphins and helps sleep, all this is excellent for people who have stress and need peace.
  • Ideal for diseases that are associated with pulmonary obstruction helping to improve breathing, and is also good for the cardiovascular system by helping to improve circulation along the entire body.
  • Improves skin especially in people who have cellulite, accumulations of lipids and also for problems that are related to bone and muscle pains.
  • Generates excess sweating so together with a good diet helps in reducing fat.

Contraindications and precautions:

  • People with diseases that are related to heart or circulatory system, such as hypertension should be careful to employ this method, since the increase sweating blood becomes more density and the heart is forced to pump blood with greater force overloading. If you want to go to a sauna for some reason you should see a doctor to see if this gives them the approval. Do not use with temperatures above 65 degrees.
