recommendations for asthmaAsthma means “wheezing or shortness of breath.” It is a chronic respiratory disease characterized by difficulty breathing due to narrowing the bronchi and bronchioles. This is a disease that usually occurs in people with allergies.

The flare-ups usually occur in spring and fall or when weather conditions are very adverse events such as storms, very cold air hyperventilation. Other causes of flare-ups tend to be: drugs or chemicals, strenuous exercise, hypoglycemia, intense emotions and emotional, respiratory infections, snuff smoke, animal fur, house dust or food additives business.
