The combination of alcohol and cocaine in the body produces called coca-ethylene, a toxic metabolite of great power.

Also, combining alcohol with stimulants causes it to counteract the effects of both, so you may see a trend of increased consumption in order to experience the desired effect and therefore increased risk.
