For me personally, and with all due respect to those who strive to change things, I think a failure of our health systems and government. Why else have a technology thousands of times more advanced than 50 years ago, the number of people suffering from diabetes is increasing exponentially? Is not is supposed to be the reverse: it improves the technology and science = better health? Then think not. In this case improves the technology and science while worsening the health of people.
