Reduce Cholesterol

To reduce intake of saturated fats and cholesterol should limit consumption of high fat meats and pates, fatty meats, organ meats, etc.. which also provide the cholesterol and fat.

This is not to eliminate meat from our diet, but must be more selective and opt for low fat meats such as rabbit, chicken or turkey, we can also take red meat such as pork and beef, provided they are pieces lean (no fat). (more…)
